The 14^th International Conference on Sustainable Development in the Building and Environment will be held in South Island, New Zealand, from the 17^th to the 23^st of August 2027. The SuDBE2027 International Conference is to encourage academics, designers and engineers, policy-makers, professionals and research students to share the most up-to-date research outcomes and practical experience in green buildings and low-carbon eco-cities. The SuDBE conference was first launched in Chongqing in 2003 and co-organized by Chongqing University, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Reading. SuDBE2027 will be held at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, co-organized by Chongqing University and the University of Canterbury. This conference aims to gather international scholars to share the newest developments in sustainable and low-carbon green buildings and cities. Climate change is seen as the biggest threat facing the world. The conference will focus on the key theme of sustainability, including solutions to achieve carbon reduction targets and improve living quality in built environments
    We look forward to seeing all of us learn from each other and share knowledge and experiences on sustainable development in built environments. We wish you to take away new innovative ideas and spark new research and implementations in practice.
